2. Wild Wadi Waterpark Dubai

One of the first and most popular water parks in the UAE would have to be Wild Wadi Dubai. It is located right next to the beautiful Burj Al Arab. While going on any of the rides, you are able to enjoy a stunning view. Wild Wadi is based upon the theme of the Arabian character Juha, and in 2007 the park was awarded the Dubai Quality Award Gold. 

I have visited this park many times, from when I was around 8 years old until now. It is super child-friendly while it also provides the older ones thrilling rides, which will for sure let you leave with an adrenaline rush. Wild Wadi has rides that are built for all ages, but I would have to say that if you like something slightly more thrilling, you would probably rather enjoy Aqueventure. The most famous ride of this park would have to be the Jumeirah Sceirah, which is the fastest free-fall slide outside the United States. If you are ready to fly down a 120 meter slide at a speed of 80 km/h, then visiting Wild Wadi is a must!

I would say that Wild Wadi is also suitable for families as well as groups of friends. There are enough rides and restaurants to keep you entertained all day long. The park is very close to Kite Beach, to which you can go afterwards to enjoy the amazing sunset. The park is well-known for being extremely family-friendly and it is good for fun. It allows you to experience a day out which consists of pure relaxation and fun with your friends or family. It is also interesting to know that the park constantly changes its rides. From personal experience I can say that the park has changed a lot since it first opened, as it expanded and improved the rides significantly. 

Wild Wadi is open all year long, although the opening hours vary according to each month.
